If you ask me I think because Henry had the apartment and cams set up already he wanted to open it again. Carolyn was the best choice of those being on cam at the time and under his wings. Even if she’s not there all the time she draws a good amount of views when she’s is I’d say. And views = money. With the price of food skyrocketing in the land of…well you know, because of the war the more he can make the better for him.

As long as the “kids” are over 18, and as far as I know, anyone under cam with VHTV, except the pets, has to be 18+, they are legal adults and able to decide what lesson they want to take, and which to spare out.
