Being in a place where people can observe you for 24/7 … do you get so used to it that you just do things as normal … or do you always have this feeling of being on your guard, doing things differently than without cameras.
secondly, you obviously have to be very comfortable in your own skin, as they say … not conscious of your own little imperfections.
i don’t think anyone wants to pretend to be a South African at the moment… so yes i am a real one… but my F____r was born and grew up in Utrecht…just next to the Dom.
Last few months I learned a lot about South Africa. A dutch woman youtuber rode her motorbike all around the country and made a very good series about that. ItchyBoots, maybe you know about her.
We used to live in Stary Mokotów when we first came to Poland and then we moved to Stary Żoliborz, before we finally bulit our house in Kościelisko near the mountains.
I will be taking my girls to the big city on 06.05.2022 to the Progresja club to see Skunk Anansie, if it’s not rearranged again.
I have been watching her for a couple of years now, since before the pandemic, along with Bald and Bankrupt and Harald Baldr as I love travel blogs having done the same for two years.
Littleknown fact, I was the first person in the UK to get the first album of Skunk Anansie in 1994.
I do think that our Noraly is getting a bit too commercial. You can tell it is good business. These travels are work for her. Fun also for sure, but she is making good money with it. Nothing wrong, but it’s not just for fun what she is doing.
where i live is close to the main route between Windhoek in Namibia and Cape Town, i normally come across many cyclist, motorbike riders, people with any size vehicle, and even a man and his wife that walked across a large piece of Africa. If i can i stop and talk to them, if they can speak English… heard some interesting stories and met really nice people … even invited a few to come spend some time on our Farm … some i follow on FB, or get e-mails every now and then, from where they are traveling at the moment…
