a good telescope can cost thousands.but for backyard stargazers like me and others a few hundred is reasonable,depending on what you want to look at

refectors are the best for deep space photography as long as its motorised to keep track of the object.

summer is ok but the the atmosphere moves to much due to the heat ,winter time is the best to look as its calmer and clearer.

Important is too split in various of them. And do not back out only when it goes down for some time. Important is to know the risk with crypto can be high. So only use money you do not really need.
