Yeah, this is too dirty. Can’t really see anything. A new clear shower curtain is no more than $2.

Completely clear curtains might not be easy to get as well. Might rather use a transparent foil or something like that.
Solving this is not the task of participants but task of manager.
So you are right. Patience.

In all honesty, the way your bathroom is set up, I think you would manage well enough, not using a shower curtain at all. I have seen a number of bathrooms like yours where there is no curtain and the results are perfectly OK, without any issue of water spillage. Maybe you would be willing to try not using one at all?

? Personally I do not like these soaked and clingy curtains at all. I prefer cabins or if that is not available no curtain 
It’s polypropylene material. I like it, they are really comfortable
