I wonder who is responsible for something like this? I donât really think itâs the VHTV. After all, itâs still a matter of privacy and everyone can live as they wish. And if the two participants are comfortable with it, thatâs their business. Even if it looks terrible. Maybe their manager could do something about it. But thatâs not likely to happen.
As far as animals are concerned, we have animal welfare laws. But what is the situation like there?

Not sure if they rent or own the place. But if they rent, there is a reason why many landlords donât allow animals.
