I understand what you are saying is rhetorical. However, I would like to say I never said try to hurt someoneās feelings. There is a big difference between trying to hurt someoneās feelings and someone being overly sensitive.
Thatās right, YOU didnāt say that but I did. My rhetorical question relates to my own experience of witnessing such things on the forumā¦on a number of occasions.
āBono and friendsā sounds like a terrible sitcom that runs for decades and then gets reruns on a no-name channel that only the elderly watch in their care home communal TV room. I mean I know ātechnicallyā itās the truth, Bono and his friends, but it does sound like a crappy 80ās sitcom. He just needs a catchphrase that can enter the common vernacular and be endlessly repeated at water coolers. Something really cheesy like āOh-oh, Bono!ā thatāll drive people insane.

The translation of what you said was spot on. The problem was, it wasnāt clear who you were talking about. Disneykid thought you were talking about him and he got a bit irate.
It might help in the future if you quote the correct post or maybe donāt quote any post. Just make it a new, standalone post and mention the person youāre referring to, e.g. I wish Putin would die, to use your example.
