You see the situation wrong. But as always. I take money from a manager who v_____ed the rules. And I give money to other managers - who work well. This is not a question of helping victims of violence (I do it in other ways), it is a matter of organizing a business. I understand that you are used to looking at everything through the eyes of a victim - but this is not always possible, as, for example, in this case.
But you donāt think the manager doesnāt take the money from the victim. At least 1\2 the fine money comes out of the victim, no?
I just find it hard to believe that the manager is going to eat the fine themselves. No, that fine money comes from the tenants and half of the tenants in this case is the victim.
There are times when the manager has to cover the fine in full, since the participants have not even managed to earn this money yet. In any case, I see no reason to discuss here and with YOU the structure of MY business.

Thereās that angry voice again. If I was so wrong about my logic here, then the response would be easy. I can only be left with the probability that the money is in fact paid in part by the victim either now or on loan by the manager. I donāt see any manager, who would eat the cost of a fine that was levied because of a___e and violence.
Why not just deal with what I say and not who I am? Itās easy to k__l the messager, but very clearly the message is much harder to deal with. Calling me a troll and telling people not to deal with me is just a copout and weak.

That I agree with, there are many women and men out there who absolutely love the physical t_____e from sexual relationships. In some actual cases, they will leave you if you donāt punish them.
