Ukraine has two timezones ‘Kyiv time’ and another time which I forget, so I am guessing it might have something to do with it.
As you say, Amelie and Lucas are only twenty mins away from Bella & Leo, so they cannot be in different countries.
It was ticketed a while ago about incorrect time zone in Bella apartment but nothing happened.
