6- If you don’t have a very important job, go to bed and even s___p because rest will help you with your muscle pain in this disease.
7- In addition to medications, you can take C-D and other vitamins that improve and increase the immune system.
8- If you don’t want vitamin medicine, you can eat lots of fruit, orange-tangerine-lemon-etc.
