Yeah I know and I gave up reporting it after I reported it and they corrected it and two days later Bella & Leo went to +3 again. 
Well unless she invites only Ukraine people over English, or Russian would be the only 2 options for her to communicate with her guests in would it not? Maybe she knows more languages than that I’m not 100% sure tbh. For better or for worse English tends to the universal language when you are in another country.
It’s not like she would invite guests over and then talk to them in another language that they couldn’t understand. 
It still is cool though!
Yeah you are right of course and I should have rephrased it as the majority of the time she will be speaking English. 
Haha maybe it’s just how my brain works but I was like well how else is she going to communicate to her guests if they can’t speak Ukraine?
