can we not get it moved
I sent a support request about camera 1 angle 5 days ago. As of yesterday it was not even reviewed by a tech team yet. You can send similar request, maybe it will speed up a solution
The lighting in the bedroom makes everything bad… 
It depends on who manages the apartments. With certain managers I gave up making tickets as they never fix angles anyways…
