Good grief thats a lot of stitches. Poor lad now has a scar for life because of some homophobic thug. 
He’s lucky its not worse. Getting kicked when you’re down is a good way to get beaten to death. Here in the states is almost automatically felony assault when you strike a person when theyre defenseless.
