I’m British, so I’d say “ooh, you’re naked, I’ll come back when you’re decent” and possibly hand her the blanket without making eye contact, then leave the room quickly and go to the kitchen to make a cup of tea, because that’s the British way.
Either that, or I’d say, “um, how did you get in here? Was the door unlocked?” and tut loudly.
In reality I’d probably be struggling to stop my dog from growling and barking at the stranger. Unless you meant Klaus, in which case I’d be thinking “who irons clothes these days?” and possibly wondering what the international sign language for ‘fancy a shag?’ is.
