I started a new entry here. Now I know , but, I hope that nobody will have do it in the future.
Then you seriously need to brush up on your response language and not just pluck a tinned response out of your backside as the initial response was lazy and crass. Not something you would expect from such a serious incident…!!!
Admitting something is wrong is not bad but a step to improvment.

You are right, it’s canned response, and of course it was sent just to make sure we are into it, so doesn’t look very informative. But I’m sure you would appreciate actions more than words in such a case. I’m really sorry if it lookes like we are ignoring the case - we definitely didn’t.
I think people tend to get very emotional especially seeing a woman being struck by a man. We appreciate what you are doing in a pretty difficult situation.
Currently everybody is safe, the conflict seems to be resolved and they both went for a walk to chill out
Fair enough and as marcie59 says seeing this just makes my b___d boil and my emotions ran away with me.

I was away, but i can’t do anything different then you or others on this case… Just like @kaya said, best way (and it’s what i do) is fill a support ticket. Then they will do what they need to do according to their policies.
Unfortunately this will be a very good example of what i was saying in the cases “she’s +18, she can leave cause no one is f_____g her”

i look around regularly Normally it’s a nice couple to watch lots of hugging kissing doing stuf together very intimate sex i didn’t see this coming they seemed very happy together only downside was that they missed a camera in the living room in the bookcase since most things happened there

please never do something like that again i don’t know what happened before but she’s a very nice and sweet girl to do something like that i understand in every relationship there are fights but violence hard or soft doesn’t solve anything just talk to each other you saw look like the happiest couple on vhtv but he leaves a lot of people angry and btw pleas @ a cam in the bookshelf in the living room love you two ppl and be kind to each other there’s enough s__t in the world already
