That’s the second time I have seen that particular cat nibble on someone’s ears! The last time it was one of Pasha and Arina’s FEMALE guests, not long before they went offline.

I had a cat before who did the same thing but sucked more than biting…a cat weaned too early sometimes can do it for the rest of its life(vet said it?!)…Charlie had a cat who would nibble on him for hours from chin to ear lol…

There are various reasons why I wouldn’t own a cat, at least not an adult one…
…and to be honest, what you have just described (sucking / nibbling), is one (technically two) of them!

It doesn’t matter to your cat that you are human, she treats you like her fellow cats and looks after you by licking you. This shows you that you are part of her group and that she likes you!

Licking is fine, even dogs do that to their humans but biting (especially if it’s painful) is another matter entirely, wouldn’t you agree?

Cats don’t BITE in such a situation. You can believe me on that. My cats did this to me too. It neither hurts nor is it uncomfortable.
