He is probably still mad that she cheated. The alchoal makes it hard to control your feelings so the angry still comes out. It is also probably why Siora was crying in the bathroom because she now feels guilty for what she has done.
Siora should find a girl for them to play with together like Pasha & Arina do sometimes. I bet that would get him to forgive her cheating faster.
