It was 107F here where I live. Itās been hot and dry since March.

Jeez, gonna be 78F here today and I think thatās too hot. 
65F is comfortable, above that and Iām just out of the game.

Hello)) Unfortunately, in order to move to a WARM city, our income should be MUCH more, and not the same as now haha)) 
So we continue to live in a cold climate until better times) Thank you for your concern)

Really is that how they value houses there, by how warm the area is? I suppose it makes sense with heating expenses, but seems a bit of a false economy in the end. I suppose it is the initial outlay which is the main hurdle. But good to see you both safe and sound in your new place.

In such places they grow gr__es, peaches, plums, watermelons and much more that does not grow in our area due to the harsh climate.
And the price of housing is calculated from the parameters of the distance from the metro or stop / size of the apartment and amenities in it / floor / infrastructure near the house
