Yes, apparently it’s the new rules at VHTV that you are allowed to turn off cameras and block them when it suits the participant.

Teddy has to be there so cam3 doesn’t show up in the CB view, that’s justified. But cam4 is another matter, one time could be a pulled wire, but deactivating it deliberate for the CB sessions is not OK. But I’m a simp, so I’m not going to complain to support about it.

Well the rules I know say different… But I am sure she got an exception from VHTV somehow. It is like that for many days by now.
