Situation update: Ariela’s apartment is being sold and is getting a new owner. Theoretically, Ariela could remain as a tenant, but as is not uncommon in such cases, the new owner wants to renegotiate the rent… and it’s unlikely that the rent will be lower… Since the new owner and/or real estate agent apparently occasionally visit the apartment without much warning, the cameras remain dismantled. Simultaneously, the search for a new apartment is ongoing, regardless of whether she has to move (…
