Should charge the landlord for not showing up on time and losing money due to being offline

It’s fascinating what kind of problems young people have these days…
Mostly with malfunctioning/not working video equipment 
and so it was that with a spell the fairy Ariela had all the people from vh transferred to cb so that they could continue to see her…what a wonderful place this is!!!
