I love a good mystery. I don’t know, but this just doesn’t look or feel like any typical “spring clean” that I’ve ever seen. Looks to me more like a “complete overhaul.” Let’s reflect on recent events: there was an unexpected and unannounced apartment “disappearance” and archive removal for two weeks. Then, just as unexpectedly, Will (formerly known as Milo) and his partner are on cam having a romp at the apartment the morning of 2/25 (it was so early in the morning, in fact, that it was obvious they had spent the night in the apartment when the cams were disabled).
Next, when the cams started again, blue and silver (or white) balloons covered the living room floor. Was there a party to recognize the past (a birthday), or was it a celebration of someone’s future? It’s a puzzlement.
Then, Sigma (and the "tall, guy with dark hair) bring Ariela flowers. I acknowledge Ariela is a beautiful young woman, but flowers from 2 different suitors simultaneously without a reason? Unlikely.
Now, Ariela’s apartment has been completely turned upside down. This wouldn’t be a point to mention were it not for the fact that Ariela doesn’t sleep when she cleans until everything is organized, neat and tidy.
And finally tonight: Will’s partner shows up and has a sleep over at the apartment - and Will is no where in sight! Did you know Ariela and she had gotten that close? Then I want your crystal ball!
I know I’m probably wrong, but all these circumstances indicate to me at least that something is being prepared for. Could a change be in the offing for Realm37? Well, as the saying goes, “Tune in next week, boys and girls . . …same Bat time . . . same Bat channel.” (Batman, US TV series, 1966-1998. If you know, you know.)

Ariela se mudara?
That the flat currently looks like it’s been hit by a hurricane. Certainly leaves plenty of room for speculation. For now, I would think that Ariela was looking for something that just happened to be downstairs or in the back of the storeroom. But we don’t know that. I mean, there have often been chaos days when the living room looked very full.
As for the shutdown of the flat, with the deletion of the forum and the archive. It was said that it was for security reasons. So there must have been reasons for that. But I’m personally out on this topic too. I have absolutely no idea or starting point as to why this happened back then. I also doubt that we will ever find out the complete truth. So again, pure speculation, where we should tread carefully.
But it’s nice to see Ariela again. And that we can enjoy her beauty. And let’s hope she stays with us for a long time to come. But I think it might be Ariela’s birthday these days, could that be true? Maybe @JonR can help us.
As for the current chaos in the apartment, I don’t know the reason, but at least you are right with this assumption

Die Schließung der Wohnung war parallel mi Ubaldo und Bo. Im Archiv sind alle Viedeos auch von Ubaldo und Bo wieder da, aber weiß JonR zufällig wann Ubaldo und Bo wieder zu sehehn sind? Wir vermissen sie beide.
