So Sebastian visits the apartment?

No lo sé…mientras esté el arrendatario las cámaras no se activan. De todos modos, no creo que Seb tenga que estar visitando el departamento.

When they turned off the cameras, was Ariela at home or not?
I don’t know if he can visit on his own or if there has to be a tenant.

Keiner zu Hause

Perhaps they entered together with the owner.

No sé cómo funciona allí.

The question for me is. Is Ariela really the tenant? Or is it still Sebastian? Then the landlord’s visit could take place without Ariela. And I believe that Sebastian still has a key to the flat.

Of course, that could also be the case. But to be honest, I don’t know. Pure speculation. Does Ariela have a manager? Or does she manage herself? Maybe @JonR can help. :slightly_smiling_face:

I don’t know wheter anyone else saw it, but while Sigma watch Ariela in the shower yesterday, she was pointing to things in the shower room that (i believe) were not working properly. No, I don’t speak the language, but before tis happened she needed to use the plunger (or whatever it may be called in another country) to unclog (unstop) the bathtub. (Water wouldn’t drain while she was showering.) She then pointed to the ceiling and other parts of the bath and Sigma was taking particular interest. Again, I don’t speak the language, but the landlord “excuse” might have some truth if what I interpreted is correct. Just a thought. Dont criticize me for an opinion.

Ariela has a manager (it is NOT Sebastian), and time off for personal reasons or visits of any kind (Sebastian’s daughter was also sometimes a reason) are announced to the manager and then activated at the appointed time, even without the presence of a resident.

Addendum: I don’t know if she is currently at home or when she will be back online. But I suspect tomorrow at the earliest

Denis56371 is saying that the real reason may be something other than a “Landlord Visit” - i.e. something VHTV or the manager does not want to reveal.

As far as I can see, there are only a few predefined reasons for being offline. Personal reasons, landlord visit, ISP error, vacation… often something seems to be chosen that only partially comes close to the real reason.
A visit from the landlord, for example, can also mean anything that has to do with repairs in the apartment, when strangers are present and therefore sometimes the cameras have to be removed

and if you want to believe in conspiracies, then of course an orgy is taking place from which we are to be excluded
