I’m not sure if we’ll see much (if anything) of Barton in the future. They had a “serious” conversation in the kitchen before Ariela left. She didn’t seem very happy that Benton was so “depressed”. She asked if he was going to stay until she got back. He said he didn’t know but would call her anyway!
It turned out he was waiting but left right after (in two sessions). Sigma showed up in between and put his things in the bedroom. It seemed like a farewell when Benton got the rest of his things but…who knows!
It all depends on Ariela whether he comes back or not. As for me, whether he is there or not comes down to the same thing. For some time now, he has been giving nothing but food, a movie, and sleeping.
I’ve certainly not been observing Ariela nearly as long as some of you but does it seem Ariela cleans when she’s feeling awkward in the current situation (mainly avoiding physical intimacy with the current guest at the time)?
