May have gluteal strained, the gluteus maximus could be the issue. This is a common strain in dancers. But I’m not there, can’t question her and examine her.
But the common treatment would be to avoid the activity until resolved. Common sense I think all would agree with. Ice compress to reduce any swelling of the muscle.
And a Dr, might prescribe an NSAID ( non-steroidal anti-inflammatory).
And again my thought of what it may be is only a guess as I don’t know it all 
None the less it can be very painful. Just think of a sprained ankle, if you (if you can) walk (hobble) on it gently you can deal with it. But one wrong move and…

Even with my guess as to what might be her problem she’s a grown woman and I’m 100% sure she knows what she needs to do and when if need be. After watching the video I can see she goes into extreme pain. And if any of you understand the pain the vast majority of woman can go through during a menstrual cycle they can deal with a huge amount of pain. And I saw on the video …yeah she’s in a hurt locker in a big way!
In many ways men have less pain tolerance than woman. Take it from someone that has treated men and woman.

Si querés un testimonio femenino, te confirmo que el dolor menstrual es espantoso; es cierto, incluso las mujeres tenemos un umbral de dolor distinto unas de otras pero no creo que no haya mujer en el mundo que no diga que duele y molesta un montón la zona del bajo vientre.
No obstante, cuando vi el video, mi primera impresión fue dolor de ciático. A veces, se incrementa en los días cercanos al períodos o incluso, durante el período mismo. O, simplemente, con un mal movimiento.

Yes, that was a thought I had as well. Well there were 3 women in my life. I say were as I lost my wife to cancer a number of years ago. The other 2 are my daughters. My wife and my youngest were on the extreme end of pain. My youngest it was pretty well debilitating to the point they had to put her on narcotics for every menstrual cycle for her to function. But over the years her body changed and now she can tolerate it. I’m sure you know of women like this. But my oldest daughter is one of the lucky ones and hardy experiences any pain at all. She says it’s only a very mild discomfort.
