I assume that they don’t really understand what April Fools means. There isn’t a single post here which actually fits ( except for Handsdown’s one) 
This reminds me of a couple of other flats I have spotted before. 
I think they might see April the 1st very different and not really see it like doing pranks and rather do funny things…
