I guess apartments in the US would be too big a cost for VHTV. The cost of living in Russia is significantly less than the cost of living in the US on average, so US participants would require a lot more money.
It’s been tried already but wasn’t successful and in fact the the guy that had the place kept telling us he was opening a new Apt. But he was talking bulls__t and nothing transpired.
