The difference for me is. Those people are putting their OWN livelihoods at risk. Evelyn was putting OTHER PEOPLES livelihoods at risk. There’s a difference to me between making a choice and everyone agreeing to take that risk,and putting other people at risk of things that only you should be held accountable for. Sylvia and Carlson know the risk they are taking with what they do. Henry did/does too.And they make those choices on their own. Nobody asked Evelyn to bring her d_ug dealing friends around (AGAIN). Nobody but her and her friend wanted them there from the facial expressions. And that’s why they unplugged the internet and kicked the four of them out once they started moving cams (again) and doing 
(again) and acting aggressive towards other people when called out for moving cams/bad behavior (again). She fucked around and found out.

Carlton and Henry are accountable and responsible for the people who enter their realms and they know the rules and if those rules are broken then they should face the consequences equally.
I am not defending her as she knew the rules and has paid the price as far as we know, but those rules need to be applied equally throughout VHTV - sadly this has never been the case and rules are tailored to each circumstance on VHTV.
cashcows will always have a air of immunity when it comes to rules , the difficulty in complaining and getting a result is dependant on rule makers acknowledging your complaint , something they seldom do if it is not in there best intrest
Henry as the manager has to pay a fine which will get higher each time to VHTV. So VHTV earns money on Henry and on the viewers who watch him.
So they have no reason at all to do anything different. If we as viewers do not like it we can vote by not watching anymore.

Totally agree and I am no angel either as I have taken them in the past and still dabble from time to time while sitting on my balcony on a summer’s evening looking at the Polish mountains. But I have no constraints in my decisions telling me I cannot and personally I think drugs should be legalised as they are a lot less harmful than b_ooz_e - but that is a whole other debate which will get the older generation here spitting out their dummy. 
Depends on the type of drugs. There is really bad stuff I would consider way worse than the alcohols
