Latina apartments never do well because they tend to be camstars and there is a general bias against them for some reason. The focus is always that the eastern Europeans and Russian tenants are better. Iām personally burned out on that later. If you take a step back, they all start to blur together. They all seem to behave very similarly, look very similar, and have sex very similar.To be honest, my preference is always going to be towards any tenant that isnāt covered in tattoos, which these days seems to be almost none.

They seemed to not have much money. They never had real furniture. The only furniture they had was blow up mattresses or the like. 
I think if a Latin apartment open and they didnāt cam and they did the same thing as the European/Russian oneās do, you guys would still not like them. For some reason there is a bias toward the later. Probably because most of the audience in in Europe. At least most of the forum audience is. Maybe Europeans view latinas as poor, dirty, and unsophisticated, and in general, not worthy of any attention.
