One (‘Lori’) might be, although I am not even certain in that particular case that is correct. I know the other one isn’t. 
Lori is a Budgie pure bred & Chiki is a Lutino Budgie a mutation
With a lutino Budgie , the color will be more yellow, with white/silver cheek patches

No, I remember there was another species name given for ‘Chiki’, it certainly wasn’t any kind of budgerigar that was mentioned but I will willingly admit, as I said before, I just can’t quite remember. I suppose ‘Lori’ could be a Lorikeet of some kind. That would make sense, based on the name of course.

Lutino Lovebird is the name I seem to remember being referred to by Amelie and Lucas. It just came to me, seeing you use the word Lutino.
A Budgie is known in America as a Parakeet, the rest of the world calls them Budgies but our good old Americans have to come up with another name for them

Not only the Americans, as in the North of English they call them pants as well and I blame the French for calling them des pantalons.
