When are they moving to the new apt.
Not sure but the air raids are starting again and they seem to off and on.
Intermittent siren means warning but continuous means take cover now.

No, not really as I think they are used to it and there are not many hits in their area, although Lucas thinks it will be safer somewhere else and he is the one who will know.
I remember reading that Lucas will call Amelie if there is a direct threat, so I think they are pretty clued up on safety as much as you can.
