To be fair and not to sound completely pessimistic, we know Amelie and Lucas are open to having threesomes and at the very least, Lucas having sex with other women. We have no idea what Bella and Leo’s limits are. For all we know, this could be their attempt at trying to get them to try new things and get them past their limits.
