I thought that Tanya had made the right decision by leaving this apartment, coming back was a mistake, she seems like a good girl to me and she should make a living with other types of people and not with this professional couple from the sex theater.
I think that Amelie was happy with Lucas/Tanya at first but has then had doubts - perhaps sensing a loss of control or even a threat. There has at times been an apparent chilly atmosphere since, between the girls in particular but also there have been times when they have been enjoying each others company as well eg coming back from their shopping trip and on the couch yesterday evening. They may be adapting to living together and the implications of a three way relationship - giving each other space.
