I do them very well; When I lived in London, I cooked it for my British friends (hey yes, I have some …). They had loved it. Even some of my Irish friends (and that wasn’t the easiest thing) liked it. It’s all in the sauce! :wink:

Give me a medium rare rib eye steak anytime with fries and a nice peppercorn sauce mmm heaven.

does not find any more at all in France. They come from eastern countries
