I have noticed in several apartments people taking their temperature the very OLD fashion way, thermometer under the armpit (thank fuck we don’t see the anal method). Do these place not have the new way of digital thermometers. If not remind me not to fly to those places and be in the queue to have my temp checked 
I have one of this at home 
But i visit some clients that they have the “auto” gun like at hospitals
There are a few other walk in wardrobes (or closets as some to want to call them) on the site, where I wish they’d put cameras. Not sure why they don’t.

Ever since this damn coronavirus was found, I think every home has a digital thermometer, but why these people do not have it is surprising.
I had mine way before then but as you say with the COVID around I would think digital is the way to go.
