It is possible Spanish and Latin American Spanish are different, but Russian, here only accent and dialect is possible, but good sound quality is needed.

how to understand that they are Ukrainians if they speak Russian? Now, if they spoke Ukrainian, then it would be understandable for the Ukrainians. Moldovans and Kazakhs and Chechens and Uzbekistan, Kazakstan, Turkmenistan know Russian. Only dialect and accent distinguish them.
