How do you uncork a bottle of ■■■■? Pilar’s method 
I have done that many times myself, usually but not always when the cork has broken, but also when i have had no corkscrew… The best instrument is not a knife but a ‘‘steel’’ - a knife sharpenerthat is very solid and quite heavy .
My question is why she cleaned the fork at first?? 
May be missing pasculine….
Given that she is not picky, it will not be difficult to find a replacement
