I did not see the incident, but enhanced picture sure looks like a real injury.
There doesnât appear to be a black-eye.
Alja is gonna be in a lot of pain when she wakes up. . I predict she will need medical attention in the morning.

Itâs eye liner she put on whilst playing cards, to look like a bruise. The girls made each other do silly things.
Have we not all jump on balloons, and sometimes it does not go to plan.
Almost certainly not Gout which does not start instantaneously . It only happens when the body builds up an excess of uric acid which turns into crystals in a joint. often toes or ankles or knees .

Poor girl needs to get some medical advise or at least some aid to walk with (stick or crutches), but she seems to be really struggling to even stand on 1 leg so has she injured both feet ?

well if that is true⌠doctor plus xray⌠best case strong contusion and stretch bandage or something is broken⌠I once had a toe broken⌠very painful⌠but no cast âŚtook about6 to 8 weeks to heel

Trust everybody to make a drama out of what is probably a sprained ankle.
Nobody ever had a sprained ankle? it hurts and you can hardy walk on it but rest will help it heal, Am sure it isnât life threatening 
A sprained ankle, she could have limped on her other leg, even that didnât work, so I think thereâs more to it
