I am pretty sure with ongoing electricity problems for so long they already relocated or at least moved out…

I of course have no idea where they are (or possibly were). Not getting into countries (I’m sure we know) but “if” I remember right they lost power after there was a major strike on electrical infrastructure. Speculation on my part …
