What do you have dogs for if they are constantly locked out in the loggia? A dog is part of the family and belongs in the house. The poor dog should really be taken away from you. 
Dogs needs feel fresh air now more. Because summer , and house living ) soon they can’t have so much air in a flat but they usually on sofa with us and small dog also sleep in bed with us 
I love them so much ^^
