Well, then, why don’t you send a tip then request them to invite some other people over there so when all that does happen and the lights are off, you can complain about that lol because everybody that knows you something to complain about

Why do you need guests from other apartments to come to this one? They could stay at their own apartment and do the same thing, and you would get your perfect conditions. Just because other ‘uninhibited’ guests come here does not mean it will change how these two people do their business. You would just see the same people from other apartments doing their thing in a different location? Doesn’t make any sense. This apartment is fine as it is, with the existing people. Accept them for who they are.

L O L if you haven’t already guessed Carlos does not like for the participants to have sex in the dark or turn their backs away from the cameras where he cannot see. He only wants him to have sex with the lights on so he can see lol he wants him to do a lot of things differently than what they would normally than what they are doing, but he doesn’t want to tip them for them to do it. He feels like if they listen to him and do what he asked it would make it much better now make that makes sense.
