Donât feel sorry for Kevin at all really, he had it in his own hands when he was with Karina and the effort from him just wasnât there. in fact Karina often looked bored s__tless with him.
As you say Karina & Malkus make a great couple, neither of them interested in anybody else and enjoy each others company.

From that point of view you are 100% right. Itâs actually his own fault. He didnât take care of her enough. But you probably only notice something like that when itâs too late.
Nevertheless, the separation from Karina made things difficult for him and I felt sorry for him.
