I have always set my broswer to perform that operation when closing it down anyway.
Whenever I have reported cameras not working (and there have been quite a few - including from THIS apartment), I was given that other response and then saw evidence it WAS the camera itself (as anticipated) and not my cache anyway.
9 times out of ten it’s their end which is the problem anyway.
