You can with a trick. Go to an active realm and go there to a time in the timeline where the offline place was still online. Now you replace the realm number in your browser adress bar with the one from the offline realm and press enter. And so you can watch.

Adil and Diba are one of the few participants who said goodbye in the forum. I would like that for other apartments as well.
