I just spoke to Aderyn. The told me that the main reason why he did put on so much weight over the last year or so was because he was rarely having sex. But he decided to start a very severe diet called “have sex and loose weight”
He expects to loose 15 kg over the next few months

I once called it ‘The SMS Diet’… where SMS stands for ‘sex makes you slim’

I stopped the diet again shortly after the idea came up… when I could no longer ignore the fact that as a single you have little chance of success

There must be a diet whre self pleasure is part of it LOL
We just need to find the receipe
By the way, a friend of mine has significant side effects and costs with this diet. She suddenly gained a lot of weight very quickly because of pregnancy…
at least I wasn’t to blame for it…

She should have been warned about that side effects and ensure that she took side effect protection
