If you are talking about Malkus, no he isn’t homeless (of course he isn’t), he is simply a good friend of Aderyn’s and has been, all the way through both guy’s involvement with the project and probably before that.

No problem. I suspect it was something that some people knew to be true (and respected the fact) but I realise not everyone has followed all of his previous apartments (I mean those where he has appeared and there have been a few now) necessarily.
