Apologies, I realise I have misinformed you. For some reason I read it as a reference to the realm rather than this particular apartment. You are, as far as I know, quite correct with what you originally said.
quiet mine was just a question about the fact why we don’t have guests in this new apartment yet (but I have nothing against them) it was just the fact that in the old apartment they almost always had guests so I thought that this apartment was far from where their friends live… 
It will be interesting to see if there will be any new (or familiar) faces visiting in the near future. 
however it must be said even if they are alone they certainly are not boring… 
And this is entirely correct…
Maybe part of the reason for the last move , was to get away from the layabouts, Malkus, Guido and so on!
