I know one thing, sheās not very nice to him, judging by the tone in her voice quite often. I donāt know what she is saying but the tone says it all.

Well I donāt think they are a real couple.
I am sure itās not her that he loves (properly, I mean) and if she loved him, I would hope sheād be a lot nicer to him so yes, I tend to agree.
Well enough people shouted out that they wanted these two to get their own place when they were at Y & F place and the manager must have read that. They were never a real couple.
Well I am certainly glad HE is a full time participant, that I can never deny and I never will. I guess we will just have to see what the future holds for him / them.
They have known each other for a couple of weeks while at Y & F place, hardly an idea environment to fall in love with F directing your every move.
On that, I assure you, I agree entirely.
So you see my skepticism at the two lasting, the apartment might last but not with these two living happily ever after.
He needs his Guido to make him happy.
