then you need to contact admin as a collective and ask for more poweras that will make it easier for you to moderate said forum and encourage new members to participate in said forum .

But what does that have to do with me? I have no more powers on this forum than you do. My role is to save moments to the archive, I’ve been doing it for years before this forum existed.
Like i said, i refused have anything related with that. It’s up to them (if they feel that need) to find people with that desires/interests/power needs
So when jabbs takes a dislike on realms he doesn’t like and only appears in them when there’s scandal is he not doing his duties

if thats so and your not a moderator then there should be at least 3 mods to cover the 24hr timeline taking into the time varancies

We really do not have any moderators staff here at forum aside from me and @kaya from our @support team. The forum itself is meant to be a self-sustainable place and it really is.
Operators have no power different from regular users besides Archive Requests category (they can maintain topics there) and Wiki category (to be able to edit participants information).
Leaders have power described in A notice to admin and mods - #19 by Noldus post, with some adjustments made on our side. Leader is not a moderator, it’s a community role which allows it’s member to move/edit posts and close/merge topics, but that’s quite it.
Moderators are able to see private users information like email, which we can’t allow non-VHTV staff to access for self-explanatory reasons. Hope that settles once and for all (I understand nothing will change in some heads) that nobody is moderator here unless you are VHTV employee
Here’s an idea, just ignore things that you don’t like and do you’re own thing. Instead of getting your panties in a wad and demanding a pristine world to live in. This is a sex site forum. It’s not like it’s a decent place to begin with.

perhaps then you will understand the an un patrolled forum is a poorly run forum and as such will be stunted in growth due to lack of supervision . it just becomes another battlefield for hotheads which you get in most forums but a well run forum a moderator is always on hand to stop any escalation of a___e
