I listened to the I & K conversation on the loggia right after the Russell incident.
It is hard to follow what they are arguing about. However, it does not appear to be in any way connected to what had just happened with Russell. It appears like a lovers quarrel. Indira, as in the past, does not trust Kostja ( other women relationships) and Kostja resents it. Kostja’s tone is different from what it was earlier in the year. It is a lot less loving, a lot less reassuring. I used to admire Kostja’s gentleness displayed toward Indira earlier this year. None of that is present now. He sounds mostly angry, while Indira tries gently to calm him down.
Well he’s only following in Henry’s footsteps

There was no mention of the blindfold game in the conversation between K & I on the loggia. But one theme is consistent with Indira: her jealousy. Most of the K & I arguments all year were related to Indira’s jealousy.
I was wondering if the reason Kostja never fucks any of the women is because this is the deal Indira wants: I Indira will fuck whoever I need to fuck and that will bring in income, you Kostja, just be there, but do not mess with any of the women - again, this is purely speculation on my part.
