Yes, the technical issues that occurred recently which prevented moments operators from recording anything from this apartment, have apparently been resolved. You are aware of the thread where you can post requests as I have seen you post on it. Just continue there and you should be OK.
So they added a tenant that they already knew that was leaving in one week??

There were technical issues recently, which was why things from this apartment were not able to be saved. As far as I know, these have been resolved now.
We also hope because it would be nice to save videos of all genres…
Because the realm number 96 was new and had not been used before, it took a lot longer than usual to add the realm to the operators panel, so for the first 4 days, nothing from this apartment could be saved. Now it has been added, things are able to be saved.
